Wright County Public Health is proud to announce our Wellness Done wRight Clinic; a place where the community can come for numerous health services and education about living a healthy, active lifestyle. The clinic is staffed with a trained Public Health Nurse. We offer our services to children birth to 21 years who are uninsured, underinsured, or on a Minnesota Health Care Program (MA, MnCare, PMAP).
Clinic Hours: 9am-3:00pm

Diabetes (blood glucose)
Well Child Exam (children over 6 months)
Hearing & Vision exam
Height, weight, & Body Mass Index (BMI)
Dental Fluoride application
Well Child Exams include… All above services, plus information on:
Good physical health
Social and emotional health
Age appropriate growth & development
Resources and Services available
*This exam does not qualify as a Sports Physical*
Payment is based on a sliding scale fee and billable to Medical Assistance and Minnesota Care

Clinic staff are unable to diagnose and prescribe; a referral will be made to a Physician if necessary.
