Wright County has begun the search
for an Information Technology Director, a position that opened in early
February when the previous director took a role in a different organization.
This position is a significant one for the County, with several long-term
technology initiatives underway. Additionally, many County departments rely on
solid and secure IT programs to provide services to the public. With these
factors in consideration, the Board of Commissioners and County staff decided
to enlist the services of a search firm to lead the recruiting efforts.
The selected firm offers a large candidate network and will conduct specialized assessments to assure quality candidates are considered. A brochure has been created to help promote the position. The first review of applicants is slated for April 4. More details are located on the Jobs & Employment page of the County website.
