Hwy 25 – Buffalo to Montrose Roadwork Begins Early August

MnDOT Roadwork on Highway 25 begins early August.

Hwy 25 will close to through traffic and detour between Buffalo and Montrose between early August and mid-October, 2019. Seek alternative routes, or use the signed detour along Wright County Rd 12 and Hwy 12/Hwy 25.   Roadwork will include: Reconstruction of Hwy 25 road surfaces and improving the drainage from south of the Settlers Parkway roundabout in Buffalo to Hwy 12 near Montrose.

Access will be restricted to those who work, live or visit locations along Hwy 25. Access will be maintained and open to businesses or residents, however expect some changes, delays and gravel surfaces. The road will be temporarily impassable at some locations to complete underground pipe/culvert work. Expect flaggers and use of a pilot car with alternating traffic in some areas.
