AED delivery Sept 2019 1200

The Allina Heart Safe Communities Program recently delivered 85 new automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.

Members of Allina’s Heart Safe Program, Carol Frazee, Renee Hamdorff and Susan Robinson coordinated the delivery of these units to be placed in patrol cars and county buildings. Dr. Charles Lick, Medical Director and founder of the Heart Safe Program, shared with County staff some examples of how AEDs can save lives during a sudden cardiac arrest.
