Group meetings inform you of the resources available. Through the Wright County Help Me Grow program, we can help by assessing your immediate, short-term and long term needs, inform you about financial resources, and share information about services and resource options that might be available to your child. Services available could include Case Management, Respite Care, Medical Assistance (MA) & TEFRA, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Family Support Grant, Waiver Programs, Personal Care Assistance (PCA), and various other financial programs. |
