FT PHN position available to work for Wright County Public Health Dept. Responsibilities include family home visitation working with high risk pregnant and parenting families; providing education and services; promoting self-sufficiency and resiliency; improving parenting skills to promote attachment and school readiness and to reduce the incidence of child abuse/neglect.

Position requires MN State Certification as PHN. Recent graduates eligible to apply. Must have passed State Board Exam for Registered Nurse licensure prior to beginning employment.  No prior exp. required.  No evening, weekend or holiday work. Benefits provided.
