Chemical Health (Rule 25)

Wright County Health and Human Services determines eligibility for Behavioral Health Funding, formerly known as Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund (CCDTF). Comprehensive Assessments or Rule 25 assessments are used to determine potential substance use disorders and what treatment options may be available. Generally, these assessments are requested by persons seeking a public funding source for substance use treatment.

Wright County Health and Human Services will determine if a person is eligible for treatment services to be paid for through this fund. Eligibility requirements such as insurance coverage, income, and residency will be discussed at the time of intake. Upon eligibility determination, our intake worker may also assist you in applying for Medical Assistance if needed.
