This section shall apply to the operation and use of all grounds and waters within the boundaries of the Bertram Chain of Lakes and are supplementary to any other general park ordinance:
A. Whoever does any of the following, without a permit, is guilty of a crime:
- Violates any of the restrictions as provided by the Wright County Water Surface Use Ordinance, Section 4.00, Subd. 1.
B. Licensed peace officers and employees of the Wright County Parks Department, in the official pursuit of their duties, are exempt from the provisions of this section.
