Wright County Public Health has released its weekly COVID-19 dashboard, which included the seventh straight week of increased new cases. There were 473 new cases reported over the past seven days – the most in one seven-day period since April 15. In addition, the were 19 cases that required hospitalization, four patients that required Intensive Care Unit (ICU) treatment and two deaths. Since COVID was first confirmed in Wright County in March 2020, there have been 19,341 confirmed cases, 829 that required hospitalization, 159 that required a stay in an ICU and 167 deaths.
