Wright County Public Health has released its weekly COVID-19 dashboard for the period of March 11-17 and the number of new cases over that seven-day period was the lowest since July 2021.
There were just 53 new confirmed cases over the last seven days. In addition, there were six cases that required hospitalization, one case that required treatment in an Intensive Care Unit and once death. Since the pandemic began, there have been 36,384 confirmed cases in Wright County, 1,466 cases that required hospitalization, 248 that required a stay in an ICU and 304 deaths.
