A reminder for families wanting to get out for a Halloween party that Bertram Chain of Lakes Park in Monticello will be hosting its Bertram Boo-tacular event from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29.
There will be approximately 15-20 vendors on hand in a trunk-or-treat setup with the campsites at the park decked out in Halloween style. There will be treats, games, a photo booth, hay rides, snacks, bonfires and refreshments available.
This is a free event and families are encouraged to come as groups and enjoy the fun.
