County Attorney Preparing Charging Documents in Car Crash Death

A Message from the Wright County Attorney’s Office:

Wright County Attorney Brian Lutes is reviewing police reports concerning the motor vehicle fatality that occurred Saturday, July 15 in Corinna Township in Wright County. Joseph Wesley Schneider, 21, of Annandale is in custody on a charge of criminal vehicular homicide and a criminal complaint is expected to be filed later today (Monday, July 17) or tomorrow morning (July 18). Schneider will make his first court appearance at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 18.
