Saturday, Nov. 11 is Veterans Day and, in honor of the men and women who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, Wright County is going to illuminate the entrances and roofs of buildings on the county campus green.
Wright County is proud to take part in Operation Green Light, which began as a grassroots effort of counties throughout the country to honor veterans. The purpose of Operation Green Light is to let veterans know that they are seen, appreciated and supported.
The county campus will be illuminated green from Nov. 6-12 and the Justice Center roof will be visible at night for those driving past the campus on Hwy. 25.
