Nov. 13-17 is Crash Responder Safety Week and highlights the life-saving work done by fire departments, law enforcement, emergency response teams, the Department of Transportation and towing and recovery drivers.
The purpose of Crash Responder Safety Week is to educate drivers how the prepare and react when encountering emergency scenes and the role everyone plays in ensuring safe responses to crashes when every minute of response time can make the difference between life and death.
