Buffalo DVS Moving to New Location

A Message from Buffalo Driver and Vehicle Services:

We are excited to announce that the Buffalo Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) exam station is relocating to a new address to better serve our customers. Plus, more services will be available at the new location. Nov. 28 was the last day the Buffalo exam station at 15 1st Ave. S. was open to the public.

Operations at the new location will begin Monday, Dec. 18. The hours remain the same: 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. The address of the new DVS location will be 1006 Commercial Drive, Buffalo.

The additional services at the Buffalo exam station include knowledge testing, road-testing, first-time applications and renewals. The location will offer commercial driver’s license road testing as well as motorcycle skills testing starting in summer of 2024.

DVS and Wright County worked together for several years to plan and prepare for this facility that will best serve area residents. The Wright County location at 3650 Braddock Ave. NE will continue offering proctored knowledge tests.
